About this project

Meridian is the largest plotted scheme WENS has taken from land assembly through to registration. The holding was aggregated from eleven separate owners over fourteen months, with the title chain on each parcel reconciled and cleaned before the layout application was filed.

The infrastructure specification is deliberately ahead of the market for this corridor: 40-foot internal roads with 60-foot spines, underground electrical, piped water to every plot boundary and a stormwater network sized for the catchment rather than for the minimum sanction requirement.

Phase one sold out within nine months of release. Phase two is currently open, and phase three is scheduled for release once the eastern access road is complete.
