Prices are exclusive of stamp duty, registration charges, GST and any other statutory levy unless expressly stated otherwise.

Availability changes. A listing appearing here is not an offer capable of acceptance, and no booking, allotment or reservation arises until a written agreement is executed.

RERA

Where a project is registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, the registration number is published on the project page. Prospective buyers should verify it independently on the Telangana RERA portal.

Where a project is shown as pending registration, no sale, booking or invitation to purchase is being made in respect of it.

Intellectual property

The WENS name, mark, research, written content, photography and design on this site belong to WENS or its licensors.
