Market statistics published on this site are derived from registered transaction data and from WENS’s own transaction records. Method notes accompany the research articles, and we encourage you to read them.

Past price movement is not a forecast. A corridor that has compounded at twenty per cent for five years may not do so for the next five, and nothing published here should be read as a projection of future value.

Track record figures

Aggregate figures — acres, units, projects and mandates — are drawn from the project record published on this site and include work at every stage, not only completed work. Where a project is upcoming or ongoing, its status is stated on its page.

Figures describing value advised and client counts are drawn from our internal records and are not independently audited.

Project and property information

Areas are indicative and subject to survey. Layouts, elevations and images are representative and not to scale. Amenities described for upcoming projects are proposed and may change as approvals progress.

Completion dates for ongoing projects are current estimates against the programme at the date of publication.

Verify approvals, RERA registration and title independently before committing funds. We will provide our own diligence file to a serious buyer on request, but you should have your own advisers review it.
