About this project
Orchard Fields was structured differently from the weekend-farmland schemes that proliferated in this corridor. Each holding is individually registered, and the plantation is managed under a separate, terminable service agreement — not bundled into the sale price where the buyer cannot see it.
Every holding carries mango and sapota plantation established before handover, with drip irrigation from a shared borewell network under a metered arrangement.
All 52 holdings are registered and the scheme is complete. WENS continues to provide plantation management to 41 of the 52 owners under annually renewed agreements.
