WENS expands its NRI desk and quarterly reporting standard

The quarterly written report, previously standard on mandates above a threshold, now applies to every managed asset WENS holds regardless of size.

WENS client reporting pack prepared for despatch

WENS has expanded its NRI desk with additional relationship managers covering the Gulf, United Kingdom, Singapore and North America time zones, and has extended its quarterly reporting standard to every managed asset.

Previously, the full written quarterly report — site photography with date and location metadata, payments made, dues outstanding, issues open and a valuation view — applied to mandates above a fee threshold. Smaller mandates received a shorter summary.

That distinction has been removed. Every managed asset now receives the same report on the same cadence, whether it is a single plot or an eighty-four-thousand-square-foot floor plate.

The client who owns one plot is the client least able to check on it. It made no sense that they were the one getting the shorter report.

Calls are now scheduled to the client’s time zone as a default rather than on request. Clients who wish to move to the expanded reporting standard immediately should contact their assigned property manager.
