Garden Terraces is a small, high-specification residential scheme on a parcel WENS acquired in 2024 and held while the surrounding infrastructure was completed.
The design brief is unusual for Kokapet: fewer, larger units rather than the maximum unit count the envelope permits, aimed at buyers trading up within the corridor rather than at first-time investors.
Layout and building approvals are in progress. RERA registration and public release are planned for 2027.
