About this project
Keystone was WENS’s first ground-up residential development and remains the reference for how we run delivery. Every villa was handed over with completion certificates, as-built drawings and a two-year structural warranty.
The scheme was designed around plot orientation rather than around unit count. The layout carries 68 villas where the permissible envelope would have allowed 84, and that decision is the single reason resale values here sit above comparable Mokila schemes.
All units are registered. The residents' association took over common-area management in April 2024 under a transition agreement that WENS drafted and funded for the first twelve months.
