About this project
Lakeview is a joint development with a landowning family that has held the parcel since 1974. WENS carries the development obligation, the approvals and the sales; the family retains a defined share of built area.
The northern boundary abuts a protected water body, which constrains the buildable envelope but gives every north-facing unit an outlook that cannot be built out.
Structure is complete to the eighth floor of both towers. Handover is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
