About this project
Cargo Yard is a build-to-suit and speculative warehousing scheme aimed at third-party logistics operators serving the airport and the southern industrial belt.
The parcel was selected specifically for its permissible use and its access: a 100-foot approach road capable of carrying container traffic, which is the constraint that disqualifies most land in this corridor.
Two anchor discussions are at heads-of-terms stage. Construction will start once one is executed, with the balance built speculatively.
