About this project
Aerocity Park responds to a specific gap: the Adibatla employment cluster has added several thousand jobs without a matching increase in quality residential and convenience retail within a ten-minute commute.
The scheme carries plotted residential, a serviced apartment block and a neighbourhood retail spine, phased so that retail opens only once the residential population supports it.
Land assembly is complete and the title on all constituent parcels has been cleaned. Layout sanction is with HMDA and RERA registration will follow sanction. Release is scheduled for the second half of 2026.
